[SMCARA] Tailgate Fest

All,

Rob and I went over to the Bingo Hall Saturday morning and measured
everything and talked with Gene about how much of the parking lot we are
allowed to use. We have a plan but there are still some details that need
to be worked out.

1) Parking Volunteers and Guidance. Propose Ken to be in charge and we can
ask for 12 or so volunteers to rotate through that way everyone has a
chance to look around at what is available. That would be two teams of 6 to
rotate shifts.

2) Tailgater's tags / badges to identify those who have paid the $5 fee

3) Talk in stations and volunteers to operate. Need 4 volunteers two teams
of two. One individual for 146.640 and another to talk on 145.350.

4) Volunteers to operate the information booth to again allow everyone a
chance to make their round on during the event. Need 4 volunteers to make
two teams of two to collect fees and issue raffle tickets.

For all volunteers I would am proposing two hours shifts. Most have said
this event will be over by 1pm so if we open at 9 to the public that is 4
hours so we would only have to change shifts once. However if this goes
longer we might have to rotate out again.

There may be more to discuss but this is my first run through the tasks
that need to be manned.
