[SMCARA] UHF antenna for SATCOM

For HT long range emergency use.  I am guessing that it must be easier to use than HF but not sure on how busy it may be in order to carry a conversation with someone (like with my brother in Puerto Rico).  

The Arrow II antenna with the diplexer and split boom looks interesting.
