Last years configuration worked out good. The only thing I might change is
maybe putting a little space between the operating area and the socializing
areas. Last year the tables were set up right next to the radio tables and
with what was described as a record turnout it was quite loud in that
building at the firehouse. I don't think much operating got done until the
evening time when the numbers dropped off.

As for food I only ask we be mindful of products that may contain nuts. My
daughter Morgan (KB3WFM) has an allergy to nuts. I am not saying don't have
any just make sure they are clearly marked.
