[SMCARA] APRS balloon

Thanks to all who replied.  I would like to design the balloon package in the next several months and launch it in the late spring or early summer.   Since we have some interest, I will start developing a checklist and list of materials required.  I will monitor eBay for a cheap transceiver.  I have found a balloon that is highly recommended for this project.  I will send out more info as I have it, and we can discuss this further via email and at the next meeting.
