[SMCARA] Technician Class

Tom,

I agree 100% with the policy that children under 13 will be accompanied
by an adult. That was one of the reasons I was offering to help was
because I was planning to be there with my daughters anyway. Based on
Steve's reply a mid May start would still get us done by June's testing
session if we went with those already scheduled.
