[SMCARA] 2m tropo, now

My understanding is that the other repeaters on .64 are only heard in the
area under enhanced propagation condx.  If that is the case, we have an
enhancement now.  around 6:30 I had perfect copy on a conversation via the
W3BXW machine in Egg Harbor, NJ.  This was on an HT with a duckie at low
elevation, about 3 ft. above the water level.  There was just a hint of
noise on the signal.  HT was giving 2 bars, whatever that's worth.  Now at
about 100' above the water, just copied a W3BXW ID (no current activity) at
3 bars.  Don't know how much RF a bar is worth, but it's at least a relative
