This scanner is in beautiful condition.  I have listened to it with 
the same frequencies as my Bearcat BC9000XLT.  It receives just as 
well as, if not better than, that radio using the same antenna.
I can easily hear:

Calvert county on 39.28
Charles County on 155.085
Caroline County (VA) on 154.385
Anne Arundel on 154.01
And Worcester County (VA) EMS Dispatch on 155.1

The backlight is bright and clear; both of its feet are intact and 
I cannot find any scratches on the radio anywhere. Includes the users
manual.

The average sale on EBay for this scanner is around $80.00.

I am willing to let it go for $70.00.
