[SMCARA] WAS Endorsements

I was checking out my LotW account this morning and decided to update my WAS Endorsement chase...

There are endorsements for just about every combination of band and mode, but I’m just chasing a few of them.  In particular: CW, Phone, Digital, 80M, 40M, 20M, 15M, 10M.

For CW I only need Delaware.

I need 5 states for phone, and 2 for digital modes.  I still have a lot of work to do on the individual bands.
