Ray (KB3FWW) replied to my email from yesterday with the following I
thought it would be good for everyone.


"As the storm moves north the Emergency Operations Center will be in
contact with the National Weather Service, Maryland Emergency
Management Agency and all the Local Government Department Heads.  At
some point a decision will be made to activate the EOC and I'll be
called to man the RACES room and ask for help.

Until then, Monitor the 64 machine and take care of you and yours and
sit tight. Do not self deploy, do not tie up the repeater.  Do observe
the weather, listen to the local radio for announcements.  Oh yea, and
cross your fingers and hope it goes out to sea."
