[SMCARA] Antenna working party needed on Saturday at museum

Folks,

  I would like to install a B&W AC 3.5-30 MHz folded dipole at the Naval
Air Museum for use at the SMCARA club radio station exhibit this coming
Saturday, 15 May at 10 AM.  Looking for volunteers who would like to
assist for about one hour to get it up and check it out.

  We have the antenna... just need to unroll it and install it.  The plan
is to put a small outrigger on the tower to hold the center and then
stretch it out.  Ends will be secured with parachute cord to appropriate
end points.  The coax to connect the antenna down into the operating
area has already been installed (completed on a previous weekend).  The
vertical at the station has been damaged and is currently not
operational so we need to get this alternate antenna up to use until we
can get the new beam antenna and antenna rotator installed on the tower
soon.

  If any of you have a free hour to assist, it would be greatly appreciated.
