This really applies to SMCARA more than the MARS folks, but since most of us
are the same people, I thought I would send this from work.

I was contacted last week by N3LDI about Boy Scout radio merit badge and how
to reach out to the scouts. 
In partial response to that I have sent an announcement to the Western Shore
District roundtable talking a little about SMCARA, that we can provide a
venue for radio merit badge and that we work with troops, that during
planned camping trips we can make arrangements to set up a station and
provide radio merit badge seminar. 

I will send this announcement out over the next three to four months to get
it in the Scoutmasters' minds.
