[SMCARA] Amazing Lighthouse

Check out these nuclear lighthouses!  Hauntingly beautiful.  How dense
does a person have to be to see a RadHaz sign, ignore it, and then
disassemble a nuclear containement vessel?

I wonder where else our Russian buddies left radioactive stuff to
fester?  They left nuke subs all over the place to rust out, unlike our
Navy which spends millions to disassemble the old boats and dispose of
the fissionable material (if you live in Utah, you probably aren't too
thrilled with how they do it, but at least it isn't leaking into the
Ches Bay or New York Harbor).
