[SMCARA] SMCARA club meeting... Thursday evening... 7:30 PM

Folks,

  It's time for our monthly meeting of the SMCARA for March 2007.

  We will be meeting this coming Thursday evening, beginning at 7:30 PM, at
the Naval Air Museum by Gate 1 of the Naval Air Station.  I missed the
February meeting due to other commitments so I'd like to pick up with the
previously-scheduled session to develop our plans for getting new folks into
the hobby this year.  I know that you've got some good ideas and we just
need to act on them now. Come on out and let's figure out what things we can
and should do to make this a positive experience for all of us.

  I also want to discuss our follow-on plans for upgrading the amateur radio
display at the museum.  We are working with the new management at the museum
and they are excited about what we can bring to the table.  I want to update
all of you on some of the next steps that will be happening.

  Also, Eric (N3UH) is holding an impromptu test session for several folks
and you have an opportunity to upgrade if you wish.  

  I look forward to seeing all of you at the meeting this Thursday!
