Reminder of the Daylight Savings Time (DST) Extension

DST will start three weeks earlier on March 11, 2007, and end one week later 
on November 4, 2007, resulting in a new DST period that is four weeks longer 
than previously observed as mandated by the U.S. Energy Policy Act of 2005.

DST use to start on the first Sunday of April; would have been 04/01/07

With the new law, DST start on the Second Sunday of March (03/11/07)

DST use to end on the last Sunday of October: would have been 10/28/07

With the new law, DST does end the first Sunday of November (11/04/07)
