[SMCARA] 2003 Amish 100 Support - Status 22 September

As of this afternoon, I've received confirmation from the following for
Amish 100 support:

I was not sure as to the availability of the REACT vehicle (Larry, please
confirm availability for me - thanks).  Information about the Amish 100 is
below or at www.bikepace.com.  I passed on the shirt request to PACE.  I
haven't received word as to whether the routes are the same as last year or
not.  I've got the PDF of last year's routes in case they're the
same...otherwise, we're good to go for this Saturday beginning ~7:00 at
College of Southern Maryland.

As for frequency use, we'll shoot for the 146.64 repeater, and use the
147.195 if working as a backup (Coltons Point may be iffy with the .64
machine).  More to come...
