You can clearly see the water and wind rising and the pressure dropping.
Note also that the water level rose with the predicted high tide.  Not a
good combination.  The instruments went offline just before midnight on
9/19 and were not back online at the time of this e-mail.

Here is the same graph for the Bay Bridge Tunnel at the mouth of the
Chesapeake Bay.  Those instruments stayed online:

On this graph you can see the wind direction change from NE to SW as the
eye wall passed.
