A number of the folks expressed disappointment in not being able to attend.
If you were not able, it was likely that the room was full. Limited seats
in the webinar and I don’t announce timely because Norman and other offices
have this training for their CWA.
Norman does these annually. Search YouTube for the recording in 2015.
As was pointed out tonight, Twitter remains superior to Facebook in severe
weather operations. Don’t want to use twitter? That’s fine. Have three
ways to get warnings. Have three ways to give information. Depend on your
local Skywarn operation. weather.gov/Skywarn
One of the last things in the webinar was encouragement to follow your
local office on Twitter and Facebook.
YouTube is not operational level but some offices give briefings before the
event.
