We invite you to attend an EMP SIG meeting on April 18, 2018, being held during the Space Weather Workshop in Westminster, Colorado, at the Westin Hotel. The Space Weather Workshop is hosted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and there are fees associated with attending. There is no registration fee for the EMP meeting specifically, but we would like to know who is attending; therefore please register here:

The agenda will include:
•    Bill Murtagh from NOAA will be speaking on Space Weather.  If he is too busy as co-chair of the Space weather Conference, Bob Rutledge, his right hand man, will speak.  
•    Bill Harris from the Foundation for Resilient Societies and an EMP SIG Vice Chair will also speak on the effects of GMD and EMP on undersea cables.  
•    A panel will complete our agenda and include Dr. Erfan Iberham, NREL, and Jim Terbush from El Paso County.
