[Skywarn] Hello there everyone

Hello there, my name is Daniel McDonald and I just signed up for your  
mailing list.
I really don't have a Skywarn program that I participate in at this time,  
that will be something I will look into after I learn more... I have to take 
 your online test in the next few days then I will decide what to do then.
I originally came from around the Madison Wisconsin area where I was  
introduced to stormchasing from one of my old bosses where I used to work,  he 
used to not only chase the storms but also was a spotter when he could not  
get away from his work place... He gave me a few pointers on what to look for  
and I found this to be pretty cool and wanted to be a chaser/spotter just 
like  he was only to not take as many chances like he does at this time... so 
I  started chasing part time (mostly when I was out and about and heading 
in the  same direction as the storm) otherwise I was just a spotter watching 
from the  safety of my home.
I moved down to Mims Florida in 1996 with my family and never gave up the  
stormchasing/spotting habit so I thought I would join the Skywarn program to 
try  to do some good for everyone.
I don't have a HAM radio but a handheld CB radio (I even have some big ones 
 stored in the garage here at home if I need them) which I think still 
would get  someone if I needed too...

around sometime.
