We have put together a quick survey to get information from people who were
affected by last week's tornadoes/severe weather. The survey is targeted
toward the people in our county warning area (48 central/western OK
counties, 8 counties in western N TX), and we are particularly interested
in hearing from people within our warning area affected by tornadoes last
week.

We would appreciate your help in getting the word out about the survey.
Feel free to share on your professional and/or personal social media
