The COMET Program is pleased to announce the publication of the new lesson,
"Understanding Marine Customers, 2nd edition"
This 60-75 minute lesson introduces the different marine forecast customers
and discusses what forecast information they need to know and why they
nearshore users, such as beachgoers, surfers, and sea kayakers. The
intended audience for Understanding Marine Customers is the operational
forecaster that is new to the task of producing a marine forecast. Please
