from NWS Norman.

During this free one hour webinar, we will help you prepare for and deal
with the winter weather over the next few months. We will...
- explain why it's so hard to forecast snow and ice around here,
- show you what all those watches, warnings and advisories really mean,
- give you pro tips for measuring snow, and for making quality reports to
help your local meteorologists,
- discuss how to be smart and responsible when using social media

This webinar is presented by NWS Norman and is geared toward the people we
serve in central/western Oklahoma, and western north Texas.

The webinar will be offered twice. Each will have the same content so it is
