Sad to learn that Liz has died.

She had been very helpful to me, as a young emergency manager, in learning
WSR-88D information.

Our 27 year co-worker and dear friend Liz Quoetone passed away on Tuesday,
March 18, 2014.

The National Weather Service Warning Decision Training Branch (WDTB) is
putting together an album of photos, cards, and messages from her friends,
