There are already discussions, and people choosing-up sides, on the same
issue here in the US. There are folks demanding the Common Alert Protocol
(Emergency Alert System in non-broadcaster lingo) use more than one
language. And no it isn't just Spanish that some are demanding be used.
Imagine for a moment if you will, NOAA Weather Radio, roadside message
boards, and the alert banners scrolling across the bottom of your television
required to be in three or more languages.
