[Skywarn] Exclusive: Titus truck built to go 'Into the Storm'

Actually, both the TIV and Dom 4 are able to "penetrate a tornado" and have
done so.

However, the vehicle depicted in the new movie is more similar to the UTAV
built by Steve Worthington.   However, there is also a 4th vehicle out
there, built by 2 chasers in Iowa named Dorothy.
