[Skywarn] Weather Defender Residential Promo

I saw this promotion on Weather Defender's website this week and thought
the Skywarn List would be interested.  Looks like you can get the an annual
subscription to the software for 65% off the normal price.  You have to
register to see the promotional price and purchase and it is only good for
a limited time.
