If you are seeking information about your local Skywarn program. The best
place to start is your LOCAL emergency manager or National Weather Service
office.

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/oun/

We will pick on Norman today.

On the left side of the page, one will see weather safety and Skywarn.
 Click that.

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/oun/?n=skywarn

At the bottom of the page, one will see the phone number of the NWS office.
There's also an email address. While I encourage you to reach out to your
LOCAL emergency management office, each NWS office looks similar.

How do I find my local NWS office? In the search box, type your zip code.

That's the process for Skywarn. Information about CANwarn is at
http://www.ecoa.ca/canwarn.shtml

Hope that helps.
