Hello Brian,

   Welcome!  27 is the magic number of pass/fail hours several of the
community colleges who grant emergency management degrees will
take (max.), so plan wisely.

   With the FEMA PDS series, make sure that en lieu of IS-139 you
also have IS-120 (or IS-120.a) to be EMPG funded eligible.  I have
no knowledge on when, or how this changed.  It's certainly good subject
matter (Exercises!).
