[Skywarn] WA3AFS - New to this list

I am Bruce, WA3AFS and am the SKYWARN regional coordinator for the NWS Albany, NY 
office.  My major responsibility is to have trained operators available when activated by the 
NWS during major storms.

We cover 19 counties in 4 states and have seem major flood, wind, and ice storm events in 
the past several years. 

I have been involved in SKYWARN since 1983 and lived in New York and Iowa during that 
time period.  Presently, I am located about 12 miles SW of Albany, NY at the base of the 
Helderberg Mountains.
