The Oklahoma Climatological Survey and Oklahoma Mesonet would like to
ask for your participation in a brief survey focused on hazardous
weather and school decision making. This survey is being administered
statewide and is intended for school personnel (teachers, principals,
administrators, etc.) and emergency managers. The survey will only
take a few minutes.

You are also welcome to share this survey with any email lists you use
or any colleagues you work with. The information collected in this
survey is being used to evaluate the need for a new weather hazards
outreach program for K-12 staff at schools across Oklahoma.
