The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Secretariat is conducting
a survey to determine whether there is a sufficient pool of skilled
candidates available to participate in the WMO Volunteers
International (WVI).
WMO Volunteers International is an initiative of the WMO community to
create a network of skilled volunteers to support initiatives in
developing and least-developed countries, as well as offer timely
support in emergency situations. This network of volunteers will work
with the National Hydro Meteorological Services to share knowledge,
develop sustainable skills and build institutional capacity.
To learn more about the WMO Volunteers International and to help the
WMO determine if there are enough potential volunteers to support the
