[Skywarn] High Risk Preparedness Messages

Anytime there is a Slight Risk for our area we send out a Hazardous
Weather Outlook
(HWO) that includes spotter activation info.

During a Moderate or High risk we also include preparedness messages
(review safety plans, designated safe locations, carry cash, get gas,
battery backups etc).

I would like to ask the list what other
messages they send to their spotters?
