[Skywarn] SKYWARN Recognition Day next weekend

Just wanted to let you know that what you say may be true for your area, it is NOT true for other parts of the country. Here in North Texas, we make it a priority to contact the spotters in our CWA. The problem is that there aren't many spotters that take advantage of this weekend activity.

It seems the SkyWarn Recognition Day is for NWS stations to contact each
other with less and less interest to contact the non-NWS weather stations.
I am getting more disappointed each year I participate.

Looking at the list, I noticed no Missisippi stations on the map,  
also, Kentucky looked a little bare as well.

Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut didn't have any station  
participating at last check, either.
