[Skywarn] German Skywarn Page

I am just back home from the annual general meeting of Skywarn Germany, 
which was held near Berlin this weekend. We decided to give our homepage 
a design revision during the winter time to make actual news and 
activities more easy to find and to read. Our Facebook site will also 
get revised. So keep a look during the next month.

Most contents will be still in German only, sorry for that. However, 
there is and still will be a international board in English language in 
the forum where comments, suggestions and questions are always welcome!  
In the future some workgroups of Skywarn Germany will publish some 
(scientific) work, mostly about case analysis of severe weather events, 
with at least abstracts in English. There will be links to these 
publications from the international board.
