Rick Smith introduced me to Professor Samanthi Durage at the OEM
conference in Norman.

As I was helping her with her research on the warning process in
Oklahoma, i.e. from Skywarn to Sirens (sounds like a title for a good
workshop), she gave me a paper she has done.

As I promised some of you, it's scanned and attached.  As you can see,
it's from an Environment Canada perspective.

of information.
