[Skywarn] About the list

The list does have an owner.

At the bottom of every email, there is a link to the info page on  
QTH's web site:
http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/skywarn

At the bottom of that page is the contact email of the owner.

I have emailed the owner asking if they are still active on the list.  
If they are not or I do not get an answer in the next 48 hours, I will  
contact the QTH admin requesting to assign a new owner at their  
discretion.
