[Skywarn] Lightning

Thank you for that report, I couldn't quite see the lightning myself since 
it is well over TWO THOUSAND miles away.

On the other hand, I might point out that lightning is ONE thing that 
"Skywarn" spotters are specifically trained NOT to report.
