Our Milwaukee Skywarn website has compiled links to about a dozen NWS
office on-line training programs
(www.mke-skywarn.org/storm_spotters.html). I would suggest going thru
these NWS links to see what they cover and then decide what you want for
your training program. You may find some ham elements at each WFO.
