[Skywarn] Red Cross Seeks Volunteers

Red Cross is seeking a number of volunteers to serve as Weather Officers 
in the South Area (roughly FEMA Region Six).

These individuals will be interfacing with NOAA/NWS data sources 
(including email) to monitor developing storm and wild fire conditions.  
Their report will be forwarded to area administration.  The data will be 
used for development and deployment of Red Cross resources.

If the program (in its development stage) is successful, it will be 
expanded during hurricane season.
