"When I hit "reply" my "To" field gets
  preloaded with skywarn at mailman.qth.net"

That may have been me, manually filling-in
the 'Reply-To' field with 'skywarn at mailman.qth.net'.

Here's the header I see from your message:

So, when I click [Reply], my eMail program
naturally is going to fill the "To" field
with *your* address.

I figured this LIST would've had a 'Reply To'
field setup in the header like other lists,
yes/no?

All I know, is if my NetScape eMailer doesn't
see any 'Reply-To' field, it naturally is going
to reply to the 'To' field.

Now click 'Reply' to this message and see how
it's addressed.

(I BCC'd to the list this time, while sending
this message to you, Rick. I left the 'Reply-To'
 field blank this time.)
