[Skywarn] Tornado touchdown in Tennessee

N2BR in Tennessee was maintaining an Echolink hookup with a Skywarn
repeater during the storm and Cookeville rescue afterwards. Both were
reporting a tornado touchdown and a damage path. The link had to be taken
down due to another approaching thunderstorm so that's all I know. Either
they changed their minds about it being a tornado or the reporter didn't
get all the information.
