[SkyHub] WestCO Update for all

Well today has been an up and down day.   Currently Uranium Peak is back
online for now.   Thank you Mason and Luke!!!

Sunlight's controller is in lockup mode and will not respond to commands
and has the repeater in continuous Transmit mode.   Glad it's cold up
there.   It's getting a burn in test for sure.    I am currently working
out a few things and trying to get a response up there.   For now, Sunlight
is not accessible.
