[SkyHub] A new protocol linked in full time to SkyHub - M17

Good afternoon, I received a report from Stan that M17-SKY is now available
on droid-star.

I am still working out a bug on the M17 to AllStar bridge where audio is
one way ( You can hear audio on M17 but audio is not making it to the hub)
so I would appreciate reports on if it is working for you or not.
