[SkyHub] A new protocol linked in full time to SkyHub - M17

Interesting, I don’t have an android so I could not test it, but there are
two locations for the reflector registry.

We are registered here:
https://m17project.org/reflector/

But still pending registration here: I put in the request this morning
https://reflectors.m17.link/ref-list


Maybe droidstar uses the one database  we are currently not on.
