Hi Jeremy,
I feel you. I wish there was a Linux option with the manufactures these
days! Being a Red Hat Engineer, I run nothing but Linux - save for some
Ham Radio and Video gaming.
For Linux we can support Windows software via a Virtual Machine image of
Windows, or by running the DLL supporting libraries via Wine. I do the
former, and USB pass-through via virtualization works excellently!
