Hi Jim,
You need to connect to the correct audio drivers. I will be happy to walk through it with you with a private session on the telephone and WebEx.
The work around audio problem would be to call into the meeting using the telephone provided and entering the meeting numbers.

I worked out a lot of problems with WebEx but this time out there were troubles. Everything was going well - everything was in place - BUT, no audio!. This was on my desktop computer. No problem with video - no problem with movement around on screen - just no audio. And I have a sound card - so what has happened?
I could watch the video, but I was soundless. Anybody got an idea?
