[SJRA-Members] webex problems

I worked out a lot of problems with Webex but this time out there were troubles. Everything was going well - everything was in place - BUT, no audio!. This was on my desktop computer. No problem with video - no problem with movement around on screen - just no audio. And I have a sound card - so what has happened?
I could watch the video, but I was soundless.  Anybody got an idea?
