[SJRA-Members] SJRA: UberConference access to the 8/28 General Meeting

The Board agreed to pilot broadcasting the general meetings to allow those
members who can't physically attend the meetings to participate. The remote
conferencing will begin with the next General Meeting on August 28.  Using
UberConference, users can join the 8/28 conference by phone or web. The
SJRA UberConference # is 856-441-6944*  and its URL is
uberconference.com/k2aa_sjra. Users can join the conference on 8/28
beginning at 7:15 PM and it will continue until the end of the meeting.
Google Chrome is the suggested web browser.

* No Pin # will be required on 8/28.  Moving forward a unique Pin # will be
provided for each scheduled UberConference.

*Note:* Of course, we hope that we don't encounter any problems. However,
things happen. Microphone and speakers levels will need to be adjusted on
the fly and a having a stable internet connection will depend on the mobile
hotspot's cellular reception at The Gibson House. We're committed to
working through any problems that we experience and ask for your patience
as we address any issues. If we temporarily lose our internet connection
for any reason, you may need to wait a few minutes and then log back in.

You can join the conference one of two ways:

   - Over the phone by calling *856-441-6944*

*Join a Conference: Web*

   - Enter your Organizer’s URL in your web browser
   - Verify your Participant info and click Join
   - Select your audio option

*NOTE:* Google Chrome is the only browser that allows you to use a headset
to talk/listen through your computer. If you use a different browser, you
will have to use the phone number to talk/listen.


You will only see your Participant card in the conference view if you
select My Phone or My Computer from your audio options.
