I have been unable to locate a Poring radio of any kind on the web, but
there is a Baofeng BF-F8HP radio. Similarly, when you ask about CRIRP,
I assume that you mean CHIRP.
Since you didn't specify what you are experiencing, I'll talk about my
own use of CHIRP. In my experience, the biggest problem in using CHIRP
is the interface cable, which can prevent the radio from communicating
with the program. Many of the cheaper cables available on, say, E-Bay,
use counterfeit Prolific chips, and the real Prolific drivers can detect
this and refuse to work. If Poring is some kind of off-brand
relabelling of Baofeng, or a cheap knockoff and you got the cable with
the radio, that could be your problem. Similarly if you got the cable
on E-Bay or Amazon, especially if it was the cheapest one.
If your problem is not computer-to-radio communication, then all that I
can suggest is that you start by hand-programming one repeater into the
radio (BaoFeng's manual is at https://baofengtech.com/bf-f8hp; Amazon
buyers say that the manual is an improvement over typical Chinglish),
then upload it from the radio to CHIRP to see how the columns are
ordered, add whatever else you want, and download it back to the radio.
I have attached two helpful guides to using CHIRP. BTW, the Baofeng
BF-F8HP seems to be an update of their UV-5R.
If you want to be more specific about the radio and the behavior that
you are seeing with CHIRP, I'm sure that there are many of us who use
CHIRP who would chime in.

I'm about ready to jump off the BF Bridge. Is there any fellow member experienced in using CRIRP with the poring radio. I would greatly appreciate your help. I attend all of the monthly meetings, and will bring my laptop, the radio, and programming cable if anyone is willing to help me. Please respond. My email is: gwbdab11 at comcast.net, and my cell number is 856 430 2693. My call is KD2KIA.
