[SJDXA] True Blue DXers Club 2021 DX Ultra Marathon

The True Blue DXers Club (TBDC) is a group of DXers that still like working
DX the old fashioned way with CW and SSB. Not that they think the digital
modes are bad but rather that the digital modes make it less personal and
"too easy" to work DX Stations.
